2.1 We are National Nutrition and HIV/Aids Social Rehabilitation, NNHSR in short. We are registered as a Non-Governmental Organisation in Malawi, Central Africa.

3 Data Collected by NNHSR
3.1 We collect a limited amount of data from our visitors. The information we collect is mainly for research, fundraising, and communicating with you in respect of your interest in NNHSR and what we do.
3.2 Therefore, we collect names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of those we deal with, depending on the exact aspect of our work in respect of which we are dealing with each of the contacts.
4 Our Collection Methods
4.1 We collect individuals’ data mainly through email but we will also take data through the telephone and are open to being reached by post although this is rare.
4.2 We do not capture our visitors data through cookies.
5 Data Usage by NNHSR
5.1 We process information for the following purposes:

recording of data in order to facilitate the collection of funds during out Fundraising Campaigns;

dispatch of information leaflets for the promotion of our programmes; and

to enable us to pay or make awards to individuals providing services to us.
6 Data Sharing by NNHSR
6.1 We share personal data only for the purposes of production of materials for the acknowledgement of our sponsors and supporters.
7 User Rights
7.1 Any user has the right to access, change, or delete a record of their personal data held by NNHSR by writing to the Managing Director. NNHSR will ensure that such requests are effected within 10 working days of receipt of the written request.
